Look here! The UK's most stylish weekly has joined the throng of Optibac Probiotics fans. And we are delighted to welcome them to the clan. Issue 21, which featured the gorgeous Cara Delevingne on the cover, had a feature called 'The Supplements Nutritionists Swear By'. Rather apt I say, I'm sure many of our nutritionist friends would agree!

Health and fitness fanatic Keris Marsden talks readers through various nutritional supplements for the body, featuring omega oils, magnesium, zinc, vitamin C, and of course probiotics. The piece says of probiotics:
"They help increase beneficial bacteria in your intestines and have been shown to boost the immune system. Plus, they lessen symptoms of depression and anxiety, and support a healthy metabolism. Phew!"
The article goes on to provide more detail, listing symptoms which can occur as a result of dysbiosis stating:
"Symptoms can include bowel disorders like bloating, excessive flatulence, constipation or diarrhoea. If you're going abroad, take a probiotic to boost protection against viruses and parasites."
"LOOK RECOMMENDS: Optibac Probiotics For every day, with breakfast."
Well, what do you know, they even tell you when to take it! This trendy lot LOOK are our new best friends, for sure.
Ok, so admittedly the issue came out in May and we have just found our mention. But, based on feedback from our lovely customers, people are still reading the issue today - so it must have been a good one! We've been buying other issues - and love this week's magazine which features the Duchess of Cambridge - and my personal favourite - a feature on the inspirational Laura Bates and her Everyday Sexism Project! So pick up your copy in stores now.
