We are delighted to share that we've been crowned winner of The King's Award for Enterprise 2024 for impressive international growth.

Bringing friendly bacteria to millions around the globe is at the heart of what we do here at Optibac.  So to be recognised not once, but twice for our international efforts is particularly meaningful.

Kings award for international trade

As our Managing Director Jalal, perfectly puts it:

“This win is even more gratifying than the first as it reaffirms our unwavering commitment to expanding our global presence and getting the very best in friendly bacteria to people wherever they are in the world. Since our first award in 2019, we have continued to build our efforts internationally across the whole business, from sales and marketing to logistics, operations and technical. This achievement really is testament to the collective passion and expertise across our entire team.”

For those of you who don’t know, The King’s Awards are considered the most prestigious of business awards, which is why everyone at Optibac is so incredibly thrilled.  They celebrate the very best of British business and were instituted by Royal Warrant back in 1965.  Each entry is judged by a specialist panel that makes a recommendation to the Prime Minister's Advisory Committee. His Majesty King Charles then decides the winners, who each receive an official grant of appointment and an invitation to a celebratory reception at Buckingham Palace.

Award winning team

We couldn’t be prouder that our products are so loved around the world which is why this award means so much to us. As we continue to grow, Optibac remains as committed as ever to being a force for good. Not only by helping people through our supplements, but also through the many charitable organisations that we support both home and abroad, including Womankind Worldwide who receive a donation for every pack of our popular For Women supplement. We’ve raised an incredible £1.8million for charity to date and are still counting!

So, a massive shout out to all our loyal customers, partners and friends around the world, thank you for spreading the word on the importance of the microbiome and choosing Optibac.  We look forward to bringing the best in friendly bacteria to many more millions of people over the years to come.
