Scientists have known for a long time about the gut microbiome. What is less well known is that the vagina has it's own microbiome, just like the gut.

In this article Camilla advises about the importance of choosing the right friendly bacteria strain for the vaginal microbiome, explaining that “The vaginal microbiome should be dominant in friendly bacteria called lactobacillus”.

The article goes on to round up the best supplements for the vagina, putting Optibac For Women at the top of their list!
