It was wonderful to see our product mentioned in the very comprehensive article on the BBC’s Good Food pages where registered nutritionist and food writer Kerry explains which supplements are the most popular and how to choose the best ones "to help your body thrive".

She explains why we might be in need of topping up the gut with friendly bacteria, the best food sources and her recommendations on which supplemental form of live cultures to go for. The article also includes delicious recipes throughout, including some easy recipes for homemade kefir & kimchi; naturally, at Optibac we’re real fans of fermented foods!

Every Day is a great place to start your good bacteria journey, as it contains 6 well-researched strains as well as FOS fibres, which together help to complement and increase your own natural gut bacteria.
