Laura joined Optibac in 2014. She is a Technical Advisor within our Technical Team. The Technical Team supports the wider company on industry regulations and developments, technical product information and product messaging, as well as investigating, developing and advising on new products.
Laura studied Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). To date, her career highlight was being invited to guest lecture third year pharmacy students on the immunomodulatory effects of bacterial strains. As a psychology graduate she is fascinated by the growing scientific research into the gut-brain axis and by learning more about the role bacteria play in relation to our behaviour, mood and mental health.
