Do probiotics have calories?

Most food supplements will contain some calories, but this will be minimal when taken at the recommended dosage. For anyone who would like to know the calorific value of our supplements we have included this information for each, alongside their ingredients (below). As always, if you are uncertain about whether any supplement is appropriate for you to take, you should check with your doctor or dietician.

Saccharomyces Boulardii (formerly known as 'For bowel calm') is a unique microorganism. This product is suitable for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs, and children from 12 months and over. Saccharomyces Boulardii does not interfere with medicines or supplements for Candida, IBS or diarrhoea. However, pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Saccharomyces Boulardii.
