Laura is a Sales and Training Representative for Optibac in Ireland. In 2015 she graduated top of her class as an accredited Nutritional Therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She had previously worked as a Food Microbiologist for a global food manufacturer.

Laura has experienced first-hand the impact hidden food intolerances can have on everyday life – from low energy levels, poor digestive health and skin irritations to our overall physical and mental wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people to understand how small changes to diet and lifestyle can bring huge benefits to their lives.
