Katie is a registered Nutritional Therapist and plant-based chef. She gained her qualification from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and subsequently trained in Nutrigenomics, which looks at the effects of nutrients on the regulation of gene expression.
She runs Katie’s Mindful Kitchen, which was founded on the belief that food is medicine. Whether consulting a client in clinic or catering a workshop or retreat, Katie combines nutritional science, functional foods, sustainable nutrition, and plant-based healing to nourish the body and mind.
