Kathy joined Optibac in 2014. She is a Sales & Training Representative.
Kathy qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2005. She wrote her dissertation on the role of antioxidants in supporting cognitive decline in older age. Kathy continues to practice as a Nutritional Therapist and is increasingly fascinated by the role of nutrition in supporting cancer patients.
She is also keen to learn about as many different facets of health as possible and has attended short courses in raw food and ketogenic diets. Her health journey has also led her to India where she undertook a month long Ayurvedic panchakarma treatment. An experienced contributor, Kathy has had articles published in trade magazines, IHCAN and Only Natural.
