Christina Georgallou

Christina joined Optibac in 2016 and was our CAM (Complementary & Alternative Medicine) Team Leader until she left in 2022 to concentrate on her own practice.

She graduated with First Class Honours in Physiology from King’s College London and went on to qualify in Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She was awarded the D’Silva Prize in her final year at King’s for academic achievement and contribution to the department.

Christina has appeared on UK Health Radio, with Nutritional Therapist, Dora Walsh and was a guest on Nutrition Network’s audio chats with Kate Cook. A creative spirit, she has a keen interest in understanding how our bodies work with the aid of the microbial world within.
