How do I delay a delivery?

Follow the steps below to delay a subscription delivery, alternatively click the video link below and follow along.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click 'View subscription' on the relevant subscription (you may have more than one)
  3. Scroll down and click 'All upcoming deliveries'
  4. Find the delivery you would like to delay and click 'Edit delivery'
  5. Under 'Dispatch date' on the right-hand side click 'Change dispatch date'
  6. Under 'Dispatch this item' select how long you would like to delay this delivery from the drop-down
  7. Click 'Confirm date change'
