We’re in the news again!

It’s always great when someone loves our supplements as much as we do, and we were delighted to see medical gynaecologist Christilla Nevi recommending our ‘For women’ in the Daily Mail yesterday.

In Susannah’s Taylor’s article 'Susannah Taylor: I’ve had a gynae wake up call’, she reflects on the advice given by expert Christilla during an online presentation about the vaginal microbiome. She explains about the factors that can lead to poor vaginal health and provides tips on how you can help stop recurring issues, including using our very own ‘For women’!

For women recommended in Daily Mail

It’s not the first time our supplements have been featured in ‘The Daily Mail’ but it is the first time our product for vaginal health gets a mention, and we are chuffed to bits. Christilla points out that when choosing a probiotic, you need to make sure that it has been specifically researched and designed to support the vaginal flora – we couldn’t agree more.

Our ‘For women’ contains the strains Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14® and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1®, which have been trialled worldwide in over 2,500 women for the support of vaginal health and are proven to reach the vagina alive. ‘For women’ is also vegan, gluten-free, and suitable during pregnancy.

Other vaginal health top tips include choosing cotton sanitary pads and avoiding the use of perfumed vaginal cleaning products. A huge thank you to Susannah for the brilliant article and to Christilla for her expert advice, long may the conversation on vaginal health continue! You can read more about how to support vaginal health in our Beverley’s article over on the Learning Lab: All about your vaginal flora
