A registered Nutritional Therapist (rCNHC, mBANT), Sasi holds a PhD in Biotechnology from the University of Reading, where her doctoral research focused on fermentation technology. She has also led academic research exploring the potential of prebiotic and probiotic foods, bringing a strong scientific foundation to her work in microbiome health.
With a postgraduate diploma in Personalised Nutrition and a background in Food Science, Sasi combines clinical insight with research expertise to deliver evidence-based advice and education across a wide range of topics.
Having personally experienced chronic digestive issues, Sasi also understands the real-life impact of gut health challenges. She brings this perspective to her work, helping others navigate their journey with informed, practical support grounded in science.
