Claire worked as a Nutritional Advisor within the Nutrition Team from 2019 to 2022.
A registered Nutritional Therapist, Claire gained her qualification from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and specialises in female health and hormones. She is passionate about supporting and educating women before, during and after menopause to overcome symptoms and optimise health.
Claire believes that the route to balanced hormones and good health is through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle choices and this is reflected in her client work and writing.
