I have found these to be the highest quality friendly bacteria on the market and have used them for many years. I recommend it to my clients all the time. I am also very impressed by the advice available from the nutritional advisors.

I was advised to try this by my practitioner and had high hopes that it would work. It's very high quality but unfortunately, it wasn't for me. It resulted in multiple side effects including feeling tired. I tried halving the dose and while I wanted to try and push to 4 weeks to get a better idea, I couldn't stand feeling so bad so stopped after two weeks.

I have taken my time writing a review as I wanted to be sure that I gave the probiotics enough time to prove themselves. I had read all the reviews on here and thought surely they couldn't act so quickly. I had been researching probiotics but hadn't come across anything that I felt would be really useful, this time I came across Optibac, after reading every review and paper on these probiotics I ordered Everyday Extra Strength for next day delivery. I took them the next morning. (Thank you for the speed of delivery Optibac). WELL! I took two with breakfast. Gob smacked! I was supposed to be going on holiday a few days after finishing by anti b's, worried as I felt I may need something else, I had been reading up on all the other probiotics. Fantastic, having both I felt me again, I was still taking the antibiotics at this time. I went on holiday with my probiotics. So I'm back home ready to go back to work but at present I will be staying on both probiotics until I feel I can reduce them, but I think I will be buying them for the unforeseen future. After using ‘One Week Flat’ as a kick-starter for my bloating (which worked brilliantly), I now take ‘Everyday Extra Strength’ daily and find that it helps amazingly. Really good product. I started taking this probiotic after I had to take quite a few courses of antibiotics over the course of 12 months for different things. I was recommended the probiotic for antibiotics which really helped and then thought I'd go onto the daily max version. Really glad I did because my gut feels calmer and more settled now.

I was recommended extra strength by a health food shop assistant. I took two per day for the first week then one per day ( I contacted optibac about how exactly with food they should be taken and was advised by a very nice lady to take them in the middle of eating breakfast ) - after 5 weeks they have made a huge difference. I can highly recommend these and given time they may well help. Just a small note optibac - it would help to explain exactly how they should be taken - as with food can mean before or after. I will continue with these but probably cut down to one every other day.

I started Everyday Extra Strength as I was prescribed a 4 month course of antibiotics for rosacea (which was badly affecting my eyelids/eyes) and I was worried about the effects of the antibiotics on my digestion. I love this product!!! My digestion is better.

I read a book that discussed benefits of good gut bacteria and how everytime you have course of antibiotics it kills the good bacteria off. It mentioned to have above 10 billion a day so figured 20 billion should do the job nicely of storing my good bacteria stores back up.. .... I couldn't believe the results! That was about 8 months ago and it's as come back on the odd occasions, but only if I've forgot to take it and missed for few days, or when I dropped to the everyday 5 billion which I thought I'd give a go as it's nearly half the price. My main symptom was bloating! I was literally eating one meal a day as I just wasn't feeling hungry and was producing so much gas. It really was affecting my quality of life. I initally ordered One week flat, after reading reviews, however it only had a very slight affect on me. I noticed the Extra strength probiotics.. I have taken these for a month now. 2 weeks in, my bloating was completely gone and I was living and eating like a normal person again- I couldn't be happier. However towards the end of the month the effectiveness seems to have reduced suddenly. I'm not getting as bloated as before however, the gas production is definitely a lot more in comparison to the one miracle week I had. I'm quite confused and really wish the maximum effectiveness I experienced kicks in again. Still going to buy another month's supply to see what results I get.

Just try it, it's natural and non harmful. Of course, we are all different, so my experience could be different to yours. But I'm almost certain that even if they don't work, they definitely won't harm you, so it's worth a try. A month in and I'm now on a course of strong antibiotics for a separate issue. I'd heard about the benefits of Probiotics quite a bit of late since I started taking an interest in health and nutrition, so I ordered some a while back. I just finished a 30 day bottle of these and I can definitely say that I noticed an improvement. I would say I didn't really adversely see/feel the effect for maybe 10 days or more, but this is my first time ever taking something like this. My gut generally does feel better though looking back on the last month. I can definitely vouch for the company as well - great service, decent product and quick delivery

After 2 days of taking these tablets I felt like a new person. I ran out of the tablets some weeks ago and my health has started to deteriorate. Perhaps this is coincidence. I will start taking these again and see if my health improves as much as it did first time round.

I have been taking probiotics for the last 4 years to try and improve my digestion, and I've found it's been a long process to get the best effect. I eat very healthily - vegan and gluten free and have healed myself substantially but my bacteria are still my weakness. These Extra Strength are definitely the right ones for me. I changed to them about 9 months ago and gradually noticed more and more improvement. I now have "normal" digestion - yay! I experimented by changing to different probiotics - still very strong and a reputable brand, but cheaper - and I was back to bloating within a week or two. It then took me 2 weeks to get back to good health by going back on these - I also took 2 of the ordinary strength ones daily for an extra boost. I make my own soya yogurt and pickles and eat natto to ensure I get plenty of variery of probiotics, but my experiment proved that these capsules are definitely the key for me. So try these but if they don't work after a month or 2 try one of the others in the range because the bacteria you need will be very individual.

I am now nearly at the end of the sample and I am still feeling fine. I do, however, still get bloated but I have noticed a small improvement in my tummy. I believe I need to try the product for a longer period to see more of a benefit. The only reason I am giving this a 4 is because of the price. If it works, I guess it pays for itself in some respect. Also, it would be nice if it came in a larger pack, say 60 tablets. Thank you OptiBac Probiotics!!!

I was recommended to take Probiotics by Seher from Optibac

Was looking at regular strength container which was gluten free, changed my mind at the last minute when I saw extra strenghth, assumed would be gluten free also. But they are not. So have been taking for last few days before realised probably doing more harm than good. Given that a large % of the people that use these tablets probably have some kind of stomach condition, seems stupid for them not to be gluten free. Now stuck with tablets can't use.

Was recommended this product by a man working in a health shop as i had been telling him that i was having some flatulence problems. Wasn't sure why.As it happens the same day i was talking to a trainer in my local leisure center about my purchase and the reasons why and he advised me that wheat may be my problem also with phytic acid and the other reasons to stay off wheat products. So i have been taking these tablets along with giving up most wheat products especially at breakfast time. The flatulence has subsided dramatically and i feel less bloated and my overall digestive health is on the up. worth investing in.
