UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free when you spend £40. The delivery discount is automatically applied at the checkout.

Standard (second class): £2.50
please allow 4-10 working days for delivery; working days are Monday - Friday with no deliveries on Saturday

First Class: £3.95
please allow 1-3 working days for delivery; working days are Monday - Friday with no deliveries on Saturday

Express Next Day Tracked (order before 2pm): £6.95
Please allow 1-2 working day delivery to most of the UK*. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday (next working day). If orders are placed on Saturday or Sunday, the parcels will be dispatched on the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Requires signature.
Shipments will be dispatched via DHL or FedEx, the service will be selected depending on the delivery location.
*Express delivery may exclude the Channel Islands, Herm Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Irish postcodes BT18 & upwards, Sark, Scottish borders and offshore, and a small number of remote mainland destinations as determined by our delivery courier. 

Once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that the parcel has been dispatched. For any further delivery queries, please call us on +44 (0)1264 339 770 or email enquiries@optibacprobiotics.com. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland has a fixed price, regardless of the size and weight of your order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

 

International Delivery Services

We deliver to more than 50 countries worldwide and use both DHL & FedEx for International Express orders and domestic postal services for International Standard. 

The cost of shipping any order outside of the UK will be charged at cost. This means we do not make any profit on delivery costs, and our customers will be asked to pay the exact amount charged by the selected courier.

Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process and are based upon product weight and will vary according to the destination country.

Please note that orders may be subject to customs duties and must be paid by the order recipient.

Please be aware that we are not able to ship orders to Russia.

International Express service:

For Express orders we use DHL and FedEx tracked services. The typical transit times are:

• Europe:           2-4 working days
• Worldwide:      5-12 working days 

You should contact your country's customs authority for more information on costs you may be liable to pay to receive your order. Any such import duty/taxes/fees are payable to the delivering courier.

International Standard service:

We use domestic postal services for our standard service, typical transit times are:

• Europe:            5-7 working days
• Worldwide:      10-15 working days 

Long distance shipping and short-term exposure to high temperatures will not compromise the viability of our products. Customers living in very hot countries should store the products out of direct sunlight and refrigerate if the option is available.

Returns

If you have changed your mind, you can return goods, at your cost, unopened within 14 days for refund or exchange, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Currency

As we are an UK-based company, the product prices on our website will always be shown in pounds sterling (GBP £). As currency exchange rates fluctuate on a daily basis, the conversion to local currency will be made by your bank on the day of purchase. Check out today's currency conversion rates using a search engine and an appropriate currency conversion tool, though do bear in mind that the rates displayed may be subject to change before your bank processes your transaction.

VAT — Value Added Tax

All displayed prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%. Purchases made from outside of the European Union Customs / VAT Area are not subject to VAT and value added tax will be removed at the checkout.

Note that, while purchases made from outside of the European Union Customs / VAT Area are not subject to VAT, such shipments can instead be subject to alternative import duties and/or taxes depending on the laws of the destination country. These are outside of our control, so you should contact your country's customs authority for more information if you wish to know what sort of costs you may be liable to pay in order to receive your order. Any such import duty/taxes/fees are not payable to us during the checkout process but will usually be paid to the company that delivers your order.
