Excellent customer service and prompt delivery
What it has always done well - produce excellent products, give a really good service, be available for advice when needed, deliver goods on time and well packaged. If there ever is a problem, you can speak to an actual person, who is pleasant and very helpful. This makes it stand out from the current crowd!!

Customer service is excellent. My subscription was set up for monthly but I received a 3 month supply, spoke to a lady in customer service, I set it up wrong , so she changed it at her end, she was really helpful, solved the issue immediately, also I got through to somebody on the second ring of the phone which in this day and age is very rare. Did not have to pass me through to lots of different departments just sorted the issue herself. Very impressed.
